Chicago departure/arrival freighter flights may be operated by airline charter.

Guaranteed capacity

With PRIO VEHICLE, space is guaranteed onto the flight you booked. This may possibly change if weight restriction is imposed on the flight due to weather conditions or other unavoidable reasons.

Procedure & flow

[Dear Customers] For freight booking, please contact each forwarder (air cargo agency) directly.

Reservation	We accept reservations up to one week before the departure date. Please contact our sales representative if you need to ship your freight within one week.
Acceptance	Please contact our sales representative as for the acceptance time varies by each airport.
Delivery	Ready for handing over AWB and other documents, and customs declaration within 120 to 180 minutes after arrival

*Indicated time is to follow each airport's service standard.
*We may not be able to handover your freight in the prescribed time if the flight does not arrive within the customs office hours.

Required document and label

Please prepare the following documents when booking PRIO VEHICLE.

AWB(Air Waybill)	Please use the regular AWB. Please note the following points when issuing AWB: ・Always state "PRIO VEHICLE" in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION column. (If no indication, it will not be handled as "PRIO VEHICLE".) ・Always state the consignee's phone no. (or FAX no.) and the name of the person in charge in the CONSIGNEE column.
Label	Please attach the dedicated label for PRIO VEHICLE in addition to regular labels to your cargo.
