Cargo of PRIO FREIGHT is guaranteed to be loaded on your reserved flight, so that you can feel safe in sending your cargo without any concern for transportation delays.

Weight/Size Limits

Weight and size are not limited, so that heavy goods and large cargo that cannot be accepted by general transportation services can be transported by PRIO FREIGHT.
*Limited to weight and size that can be loaded in a cargo compartment of the aircraft. Please ask us about actual space for loading when making a reservation.

All cargo can be accepted, including dangerous goods, animals, plants, valuables.

PRIO FREIGHT can accept items that cannot be transported by passenger aircraft.

Procedures

[Shipper] Please contact each freight forwarder (or air cargo agent) directly for reservations for cargo transportation.

Reservation	Up to the deadline of acceptance
Acceptance	Up to 120 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time
Delivery	Ready for handing over AWB and other documents, and customs declaration within 120 to 180 minutes after arrival

*Indicated time is to follow each airport's service standard.
*If the flight arrives outside of customs service hours, it may not be possible to deliver your cargo within the prescribed time.

Freight Rates	Between the range of ANA carrier rates and Priority freight rate is applicable for Priority freights except Dangerous goods of Class from 1 to 8, Human remains(Coffin/Ashes), Live Animals, and Valuable Cargo. Documents Required/Labels

Documents below are required for PRIO FREIGHT.

AWB(*Air Waybill)

A general AWB is available.
Please note the following points for preparing AWBs.

"PRIO FREIGHT" should be written in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION column, otherwise the cargo is not applicable to PRIO FREIGHT. (If no indication, it will not be handled as "PRIO FREIGHT".)
The telephone number (or fax number) of consignee and the name of contact person should be written in the CONSIGNEE column. The number of cargo, weight, the rate class corresponding to the weight (M, N, or Q), and freight cost should be written.

Please attach general labels and labels exclusive for PRIO FREIGHT on the cargo.
