Revision for Conditions of Carriage for International Cargo (Notice)

Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for flying with ANA and continuous support to ANA group.
Please kindly be informed that in accordance with the amendment of carriers' liability limit stipulated under Montreal Convention 1999, Conditions of Contract stated on Air Waybill reverse side (hereinafter referred to "AWB Conditions of Contract") and ANA "Conditions of Carriage - International cargo" and "Conditions of Carriage by charter flight - passengers, baggage & cargo" will be revised as well. For detailed information, please refer to the following.

1. Effective Date : Applicable to AWB issued on December 28, 2024 and onward

3. Handling of AWB :
・Based on IATA's notice, current (old) pre-printed and neutral AWB, with old conditions stated on the reverse side, are permitted to be used after December 28. (Readiness to read during a grace period of 6 months after entry into force)
・However, after the effective date, December 28, 2024, the revised liability limit based on ANA Conditions of Carriage shall be applied, superseding the old one.
・Please kindly be advised to use up the current (old) pre-printed and neutral AWB in stock as soon as possible.
