[International Cargo] Request for Cooperation, early acceptance, due to planned system outage.

Thank you for your usual and continued support of the ANA Group.
We currently plan to have our international cargo system outage due to its renewal, during the system migration outage, our services for reservation, tracking, and freight acceptance will be unviable. In order to continue the flight operation and your valued freight transportation, we would like to ask your cooperation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate you understanding and cooperation.
1．Planned System Outage
・System ：eSPICA（International Cargo Booking and Tracking Portal Services）
・Date and Time ：16th of June 2024 from 15:00（UTC）to 21:00（UTC）
* All eSPICA Services will be unavailable during the above time.
2．Request for Cooperation
Due to planned ANA's International Cargo System outage, we kindly ask your cooperation carry in the booked freight earlier than usual, to complete necessary acceptance process before system outage.
Please refer to Table 1 below for the flights affected. If you have any freight booked on those flights, please ensure that the required cut-off time should be calculated with the Acceptance Closed Time*1 defined per shipment type and per airport counting flight schedule time of departure as 1500 in UTC on 16th of June.
It should be noted that any cargo tendered after the above calculated cut-off time may not be loaded onto the booked flight. On this special occasion, it would be highly appreciated if you could carry in the freight earlier as much as possible to make your freight flown as booked.
