ANA Cargo and LCAG are expanding the joint venture network to offline routes from Europe to Japan starting on 12th of July. Right now European customers have access to the shared network of the two airlines made up of over 90 weekly direct flights between Europe and Japan.

The partners began joint sales on shipments originating in Japan to Europe on December 2014 and in August 2015, expanded to shipments originating in Germany, Austria, France and the U.K. Also, the network grew as ANA launched its direct service to Brussels from Tokyo Narita in October 2015. In the past 10 months since the start of JV from limited Europe stations, there has been over 500 cross bookings (approx. 450 tons). It is exciting to be able to finally offer the JV to offline stations throughout Europe.

Lufthansa Cargo and ANA Cargo currently connect Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, London Heathrow, Paris Charles-de-Gaulle and Vienna with Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda, Nagoya and Osaka. By strengthening the Joint Venture relationship, both airlines will provide an attractive service to an extended circle of customers.
