Cargo Space Sales Commencement of ANA Groupʼs New Brand "AirJapan" (As of 29FEB24)

The cargo space sales/reservations of the ANA Group's new brand, AirJapan's flights, will sequentially commence from January 10 (Wed), 2024.
For further details, please kindly refer to the following.
ANA Group shall continuously make every effort to enhance the valued customers' convenience by utilizing its extensive network to the maximum extent.
Your continuous cooperation is highly appreciated.
AirJapan will begin service on the Narita-Singapore route from Friday, April 26, 2024. Same as the Bangkok/Seoul routes, cargo space will be sold by ANA and ANA Cargo.

１. Commencement Date of Sales/Reservations:
NRT - BKK; January 10 (Wed), 2024
BKK - NRT; January 11 (Thu), 2024
NRT = ICN; January 23 (Tue), 2024
NRT-SIN; March 27 (Wed), 2024
SIN-NRT; March 28(Thu), 2024
２．Flight Operation Schedule:
2023 Winter（Until March 30, 2024. Japan Departure Base）
For the NRT=BKK flights, Thai Customs requires customs declaration under the operating flight number (NQ flight number) instead of the code-share flight number (NH flight number). Therefore, cargo sales will be performed under the NQ flight number. We will change the flight number of the already booked shipments. SPLIT transportation between NH and NQ flights will be available on departure flights from NRT but not available on departure flights from BKK.
2024 Summer（From March 31 to October 26, 2024）
※Flight No. will be changed from NQ2 to NQ102 on March 31.
３．Applicable / Loadable Cargo:
1) Special Cargo
・Flights from/to BKK:
For the time being, handling of animals/valuable cargo/diplomatic cargo are
not acceptable. Other special cargo such as Dangerous Goods are available.
・Flights from/to ICN:
Special cargo such as Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, etc. are available.
(Same as ANA flights)
2) PRIO Products
・Flights from/to BKK: Only PRIO EXPRESS and FREIGHT are bookable
・Flights from/to ICN: All PRIO products are bookable
Handling of other PRIO products is to be adjusted. Will be separately informed when fixed.
４．Cargo Acceptance & Delivery:

５. Reservations Method:
・The reservations shall be made via ANA Cargo Web reservations portal site =
"eSPICA", or contact the ANA Cargo's reservations desk.
・When making reservations, please book under the NQ operational flight No. for
NRT=BKK and under the NH codeshare flight No. for NRT=ICN.
Reason: The Thai Customs requires to declare with the operational flight No. (NQ flight No.).
６. Others:
・Above operation plan/schedule, etc. is subject to the relevant government authorities' approval.
