2025.04.17

Thank you for your continued support of the ANA group.
Regarding the subject matter, we have observed cases in which data received from customers at the origin station does not meet the requirements set forth by U.S. authorities. As a result, there have been cases where cargo could not be smoothly released upon arrival, or where penalties and fines were imposed.
In light of recent occurrences, we would like to remind you of the important points to be noted once again. We kindly ask for your continued cooperation in this matter.
Please note that if penalties or fines are imposed on us by U.S. authorities due to non-compliance, and the cause is determined to be attributable to the customer, we may seek indemnification for such charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
