Please be informed that in accordance with the instructions of the local customs authorities, the following instructions have been received regarding the quantity notation for INTACT delivery cargo bound for Guangzhou (CAN) Airport.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1.    Effective Date
Immediately

2.    Applicable cargo
Cargo in ULD units with SCC code "BUC and/or BUP"

3.    Contents
(1) When indicating the number of pieces of the INTACT delivery cargo bound for CAN, please kindly provide the actual number of pieces instead of the ULD quantity in the following A) ~ C) :
A)    Reservation quantity on eSPICA
B)    MAWB *
C)    FWB *
（Example）　How to write the number of pieces for 1ULD in SLAC 30 pieces
　　     　　　 Correct ：　30 Pieces / Wrong ：　 １ piece

*Please also provide the words "SLAC", SLAC pieces and ULD number information.

(2) Please kindly attach the words "不要拆，整板交接" meaning ''INTACT delivery without breaking 
down'' on at least two opposite sides of the exterior of the ULD　( For pallet,125 inch side) .

4.    Others
-    Failure to submit correct information may delay customs clearance and delivery at the destination and may result in fines.
