Providing Accurate Cargo Information for Cargo to/via the EU (ICS2)

Please be informed that submitting accurate information for cargo transport to/via the EU (eligible for ICS2) will be required. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

1.    Effective Date
From 1st April, 2025

2.    Request
When booking or checking in cargo to/via the EU (eligible for ICS2), please ensure to provide accurate information for the following details on each MAWB, House Manifest, FWB, and FHL fields.
- Please provide the goods commodity name information in accordance with the 4. Attachment below.
- Please provide accurate information for the shipper and consignee names and addresses, etc., without omissions or errors.

3.    Reason, Circumstances
- Due to the instructions from EU TAXUD, the required information for import/transit cargo has become stricter.
- If the cargo is transported without the required information being submitted or if the information submitted is incomplete, the customs authorities may act by suspending the cargo's transport or imposing a fine. In such cases, please note that we may pass on the fine or any fee including storage charge to you in accordance with the Convention and the Conditions of Carriage.
