Please be advised that ANA cargo office and warehouse in CGK will be relocated to a new office and warehouse as follows.
Your kind cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated.

Note

1. Warehouse relocation date
   From 10th March, 2025, ANA Cargo office and warehouse will be moved to the following facility.
2. Change information

3. Cargo handling
   【To CGK】
   　・Cargo arriving at CGK by NH835/09MAR will be delivered from
   　　PT-UNEX (Current warehouse).
   　・Cargo arriving at CGK after NH871/10MAR will be delivered from
   　　RPX (New warehouse).
   【From CGK】
   　・Cargo to be loaded on the flights departing on NH836/10MAR
   　　shall be delivered to RPX (New warehouse).
   　　*Cargo scheduled to be loaded on NH836/10MAR or later can be
   　　accepted at RPX even before March 9th
   
   
4. Others
   ・There are no changes to the cargo acceptance deadline and delivery time.
   ・There will be no change in the products related to this relocation.
   　In the unlikely event that there are restrictions on the products, we will
   　announce it as soon as possible.
