Please be informed of the reservation procedure of EXPERSS(*) shipment to SZX.
Your understanding and cooperation in this matter will be highly appreciated. 

1.    Effective Date
Effective Immediately

2.    Applicable Flight
ANA flights to SZX

3.    Applicable Shipments
Cargo loaded on the applicable flight and transported to the EXPRESS warehouse
at Shenzhen (SZX) for EXPRESS customs clearance upon arrival. (*)

4.    Reservation 
1)    Please mark ''HANDLING//EXPRESS CARGO AT SZX(EXP)'' in the "Special Handling Code" when reservation made through eSPICA.
2)    The consignee "SF Express" is the only one allowed to do express customs clearance locally.

5.    Completion of Air Waybill
3 letter code "EXP" which indicates EXPRESS cargo shall be inserted in "Handling Information" on MAWB.

(*) Please continue to write "PRIO EXPRESS" in the "Accounting Information" on MAWB for our product "PRIO EXPRESS" .
Not all "PRIO EXPRESS" cargo will be handled at the EXPRESS warehouse. For cargo that requires EXPRESS customs clearance at the EXPRESS warehouse upon arrival, please follow the instructions outlined in section 4.5 above.
