ANA Cargo pays specific attention to the customers' voices

Thank you as always for doing business with ANA Cargo.
ANA Cargo has taken an action to improve our transportation quality and services by analyzing the voices from customers and by deepening the customer's needs.
In this fiscal year, we improved the booking system for domestic cargo (ANA FLY CARGO!) about which we had received opinions and requests from lots of customers since we introduced it.
・The screen of the ANA FLY CARGO! is built for a PC. Therefore, it is hard to browse on the smartphone.
・I'd like to improve the system which is compatible to smartphones.
