Please be informed as follows that the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has placed an order to restrict the storage of Dry Ice Cargo in ANA contract warehouse's coolers in San Francisco (SFO).
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

1. Effective Date
   Immediately
   
   
2. Outline
   All Dry Ice cargo departing and arriving at SFO will not be stored in the cooling facility.
   * Cargo with Dry Ice can be transported, but please be aware that these cargo will be stored at room temperature until the restriction is lifted.
   
   
3. Reason
   CBP has ordered our contract warehouse to not store Dry Ice Cargo in the Coolers.
