Restrictions on labels for cargo bound for Beijing (PEK)

Please be informed as follows that restrictions have been added to cargo transportation to Beijing (PEK) due to a notice from a Beijing custom. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

1. Effective Date
From 26th May 2023

2. Applicable cargo
All the shipments bound for/beyond PEK.

3. Outline
1) Handwritten MAWB and HAWB labels are not acceptable and only printed labels are acceptable.
2) MAWB Number and HAWB Number must be printed and no other information is not applicable.

4. Reason
Due to the notification from the local customs office.

5. Others
In case of printed MAWB and HAWB labels are not attached, it may cause delay in customs clearance, delivery and also there is a possibility of return cargo. To avoid such cases, we recommend to provide the printed labels as much as possible. Please kindly note that we are not responsible in such cases.
