Change of FWB/FHL mandatory items required by China Customs (As of 10/03)

Please be advised that the Chinese Customs Office has notified that the reinforcement of the items that are required to be submitted in the Cargo Advance Information and the additional items regarding Dangerous Goods.
We apologize for inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

1. Period
Immediately (Until further notice)
* Transition period will be in place until 17 October 2022.

2. Applicable Cargo
All cargoes and;
All cargo treated as Dangerous Goods under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, regardless of whether a Dangerous Goods Declaration is submitted bound for China Mainland.
* ELI/ELM (labeled) and ICE are applicable; REQ is not applicable.
* Dangerous goods already delivered to ANA's warehouse are not covered.

3. Added Contents
In addition to the items listed in the following 5. Continuation of Required Items, the following 4. Additional Required Items will be added for all cargoes treated as Dangerous Goods under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, regardless of whether a Dangerous Goods Declaration is submitted bound for China Mainland.

* Applicable only for all cargo treated as Dangerous Goods under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, regardless of whether a Dangerous Goods Declaration is submitted bound for China Mainland. (REQ not applicable)

5. Continuation of Required Items
* Applicable to all cargoes to China
In Master AWB and House AWB:
（a）　Address of Shipper
（b）　Address of Consignee
（c）　Telephone Number / FAX Number of Shipper
（d）　Telephone Number / FAX Number of Consignee
（e）　Notify Party, if any, with their Company Code and Telephone or FAX Number
*1:　When submitting via FWB/FHL, please enter the telephone or fax number in (c) (d) (e) after the ZIP number, followed by TE/FA (for phone/fax numbers), and send the form.
*2:　When submitting the form in writing to our airport, please enter the required items in the "Shipper's/Consignee's name and address" field and submit the form. In addition, please enter the telephone or fax number in (e) following the Notify Party field.
*3:　Except for the Dangerous Goods additions listed in 4. above, the company code of the Shipper / Consignee / Notify Party and the Specific Contact Person name and contact information for the Consignee are still not required.

6. Others
- Please provide the consignee's information, especially a telephone number where the consignee can be reliably contacted about the shipment at the place of arrival. Failure to submit correct information may delay customs clearance and delivery at the destination and may result in fines.
