Notice Regarding the charge for the CUSTOMS DATA INPUT FEE

Please be informed that the CUSTOMS DATA INPUT FEE will be charged for Electronic Data Interchange as follows.

1. Effective Date: 1 JUNE 2011(MAWB issue bases)
2. Applicable to: All cargo bound for Jakarta
3. Fee: USD5.00 per MAWB(Exchange rate may be applied by IATA rate of exchange)
4. Code: CGC as Customs Data Input Fee shall be inserted into other charges column.
