Firstly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support for the ANA's cargo business.

As the core company of the ANA Group's cargo business, ANA Cargo plays the role to plan the cargo business strategies, develop transport products or solutions, and being in charge of the Marketing & Sales, as well as the Airport Operations.

Utilizing Boeing 777F, a large freighter, and Boeing 767F, a wide-body freighter, such commodities as semiconductor manufacturing equipment or completed cars loadable only on freighters are reliably & safely transported to the major destinations around the world. In addition, by effectively using ANA's extensive international & Japan domestic network, speedy transports to cities on a global scale is realized. As a combination carrier, ANA is able to respond to diversifying needs of the valued customers.

Air cargo plays an extremely important role and is indispensable in the rapidly changing global supply chain. Today, ANA Group's aircraft is flying to every corner of the sky in the world transporting people's important cargo essential for daily lives, such as clothing, semiconductors, automobile parts, pharmaceuticals or medical equipment requiring high-quality transport handling, and perishables maintaining its freshness.

2 years has passed since the ANA Group's mid-term management strategies for fiscal years 2023-2025 was announced in February 2023.
The expansion of the cargo business regarded as a significant strategy of the entire airline business, the transport network & products has been enhanced, while refining the operational quality to respond to the customers' requirements.
Furthermore, DX shall be promoted by introduction of latest facilities・system・technologies to improve the customers' convenience and to realize providing new added-values, as well as making challenges to evolve to establish a sustainable logistics based on reinforcement of SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) usage to suppress CO2 emission, or utilizing transport materials or recycles, etc. considering the environmental aspects.

Commitment to Cargo quality

We measure handling performance of each airports by calculating ratio of cargo damages and missing cargo at the warehouse, moreover RCF within the standard delivery time. We measure each airport's handling performance monthly so that we can control our quality with strict criteria.
In order to provide better service with our customers, we conduct an annual survey on service quality for freight forwarders and agents. We also analyze the opinions and requests that we receive from our customers on a daily basis to promote the resolution of issues.

ANA Group's trans-border
EC solution

Trans-border EC business between Japan and China is continuing to grow at a rapid speed that outpaces consumption by visitors to Japan. The OCS of the ANA Group, which has been designated as an EC customs broker by China Customs, has developed an advanced product registration system for EC customs clearance in collaboration with ACD Inc. (Ekkyo.net). This has resulted in direct shipment trans-border EC solutions by combining the system with the ANA Group's intermodal transportation system, and thereby broadening customers' opportunities to join overseas markets.
