Please be informed that Indonesian Customs will require additional information for cargo declaration from July 25th, 2018.
We would appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Starting Date;
　　July 25th (Wed), 2018 (*Date of shipment departure and arrival)

2. Applicable Shipment;
　　All shipment departing from/ to Indonesia
　　　＊For ANA,
　　　　Departure Flight starts from NH836/25JUL, NH872/25JUL, and NH856/25JUL.
　　　　Arrival Flight starts from NH835/24JUL, NH871/24JUL and NH855/25JUL.

3. Additional mandatory item;
　　Following information are required on MAWB.
　　 (a) TAX ID (NPWP)
　　　　＊Please input TAX ID which consits of 15 digit numbers
　　　　 in Accounting Information column.
　　　　＊Please input TAX ID of MAWB's shipper for departing shipment.
　　　　＊Please input TAX ID of MAWB's consignee for arriving shipment.
　　　　＊For the shipment to/from an individual consignee/shipper,
　　　　 TAX ID on MAWB is not required.

　 (b) HS Code of Shipment
　　　　＊Please input HS Code of each commodity with at least 4 digit or more
　　　　 in Nature and Quantity of Goods column.
　　　　＊Please input TAX ID of MAWB's shipper for departing shipment.
　　　　＊Please input TAX ID of MAWB's consignee for arriving shipment.
　　　　＊For the shipment to/from an individual consignee/shipper,
　　　　 TAX ID on MAWB is not required
