Thank you for your usual cooperation with ANA group.
Please kindly be informed that due to Japan import shipments' sharp increase, our Narita warehouse capacity has reached the limit, having to temporarily suspend its handling of reserved shipments bound for Japan domestic airports via Narita airport as follows ;

< NOTE >

1. Applicable Cargo :
   All import shipments, regardless of intact or loose, bound for all Japan domestic airports on our passenger and freighter flights arriving at Narita Airport.
2. Applicable Period :
   From September 22 (Sat) to September 26 (Wed), 2018 (5days)
   * Departure date base
3. Other :
   Shipments bound for Narita via Haneda airport are also restricted for the above applicable period
   Should you have any inquiries, please kindly contact our Sales / Reservation staffs.
   We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do all possible to resume the handling operation at Narita airport at the earliest stage possible.
